Job Summary:

The Computer Faculty will be responsible for teaching computer science, programming, and IT-related subjects to students, ensuring they gain practical and theoretical knowledge. The faculty will also guide students in projects, practical labs, and exam preparation, fostering a tech-savvy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Conduct practical computer lab sessions and ensure proper use of software/hardware.
• Teach subjects such as:
• Basics of Computers / IT
• Programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java, etc.)
• Web development / Database management
• Networking & cybersecurity basics
• Microsoft Office / productivity tools
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students follow lab safety protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and suggest improvements in teaching methods.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Guide students in competitive exams, certifications, and skill development.
• Prepare progress reports for students and submit to the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS)
• Preferred: B.Ed or teaching experience
• Experience: 1–5 years teaching computer science to school/college students
• Knowledge of modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of computer concepts, programming, and software applications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Problem-solving skills and patience in teaching
• Familiarity with ICT tools for teaching and assessments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,322.17 - ₹15,000.00 per month
