Job Description:
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our software systems. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with good typing skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into company software systems with accuracy and speed.
- Verify and correct data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records by entering new information and reviewing existing data.
- Follow data entry protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues.
- Perform routine data audits and quality checks as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of data entry office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office ).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Based on Experience salary will be negotiable
