Concession & Retail Coordinator
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Ireland (Nationwide Travel Required)
Salary: Competitive + OTE Bonus
We are looking for a commercially focused Concession & Retail Coordinator to join our team.
This is a dual-function role, supporting:
- Concession Partnerships (3 days/week) – driving sales and commercial performance
- Retail Operations (2 days/week) – supporting store operations and execution
You will be the key commercial driver for concession performance nationwide, with direct accountability for sales optimisation, stock integrity, training impact, and activation execution.
An OTE bonus structure applies, linked directly to sales performance and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities: Concession Partnerships (3 days/week)
Commercial ownership with OTE accountability
Sales & Performance
- Analyse weekly sales (vs week/year/target) and identify opportunities
- Drive sales initiatives across all locations, including monthly ECCO Days
- Partner with Product teams on bestsellers and stock optimisation
- Monitor availability and ensure stock flow meets demand
Stock Management
- Reconcile stock weekly with the warehouse and investigate discrepancies
- Manage replenishment, transfers, and slow-moving stock
- Lead biannual stocktakes and variance analysis
- Coordinate seasonal stock movements
Stakeholder Management & Training
- Build relationships with department heads across all locations
- Deliver monthly training and support performance improvements
- Manage customer complaints and product issues
- Coordinate pricing, barcodes, and promotional activity
Marketing & VM
- Partner with Marketing on POS and visual merchandising
- Support and execute local activations consistently
Travel
- Regular nationwide travel required (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly visits)
- Occasional overnight stays required
Retail Operations (2 days/week)
Operational Support
- Support the Retail Operations Manager with day-to-day activities
- Assist with retail coverage planning (Mon–Sat)
- Act as key contact during periods of absence
Store Performance
- Support store visits, VM execution, and activations
- Assist in planning visit schedules and performance reviews
Commercial & Product Alignment
- Ensure product allocation aligns with store demand
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams
People & Systems
- Support onboarding and training standards with Store Managers and HR
- Review rostering efficiency and analyse footfall trends
- Ensure payroll and finance processes are accurate
Mystery Shopper Programme
- Lead quarterly audits and act as main liaison
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, multi-site, or account management
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel/reporting capability
- Experience with stock control and replenishment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays
