Concierge/Receptionist (Full Time)

Hillcrest Raleigh at Crabtree Valley- A premier skilled nursing facility, is looking for an individual to join our team as a Full Time Concierge/Receptionist, who has a passion for resident and customer service. If you are longing for a stable, honest place to work and grow, this job is for you!

Job Duties Include:

• Greet guests and visitors and direct them to correct locations or proper staff
• Answer all incoming and intra-facility phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls to proper person
• Serve as "go-to person" for all resident and guest questions, requests, concerns, etc., and resolve concerns satisfactory as soon as possible, contacting appropriate staff members(s) as necessary
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
