United Group is excited to announce the launch of our new Concrete Division, and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Concrete Finisher / Labourer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing division, contributing to the success of a leading company in the construction industry.

Scope of Work:
As a Concrete Finisher / Labourer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Performing formwork for curbs, sidewalks, and other concrete structures from start to finish
• Pouring and finishing various types of concrete, ensuring top-quality results
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Collaborating with the team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Assisting with site clean-up and ensuring work areas are organized and safe

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, specifically with curbs and sidewalks
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of our new division
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 2 years (preferred)
• Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)
