Full time position for a poured concrete foundation laborer. We are a great group of guys who work hard five plus days a week and we also always have a good time on site. Having a good attitude and getting along with your coworkers is as important to me as being skilled at your job. I am a hands on owner who works in the field with my men everyday. I will train the right individual but experience in Inch And one eighth Panels is a big plus. We run Advance And All Seasons panels exclusively. Our focus and reputation is for building the most presice and complex mansions on the lower cape. I build my foundations like a cabinet. We take our time and do it right. We always have the newest trucks, panels, and tools. We have a mobile hydraulic rebar cutter/bender that runs off a battery and is nice and quiet. We also have our own rebar fabrication shop. If you’re a hard working guy who enjoys working outside and getting along with your coworkers you will fit right in. I have been doing this for 25 years and are one of the few owners who actually cares about my employees and I will always help you and pay you top dollar as I enjoy nothing more then seeing my employees succeed in life. Pay is based on experience and we also have a generous profit sharing scheme. We pay a percentage of every job completed at the end of each month. new guys get a half share of this amount and a full share after reaching one year of employment. The average amount received by long term employees is about one full extra paycheck per month. So if an employee is making $1500 per week they tend to receive another full $1500 at the end of the month in addition to their normal pay. The faster my men work during the month the more money they can make. This extra money is paid instead of health insurance so men can choose what to do with the money. We also pay overtime and have paid time off for sick/vacation.
