Concrete Superintendent, Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Superintedent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Concrete Superintedent, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for construction projects. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety standards.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of job sites
• Managing a successful Concrete Paving Operations with Quality
• Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
• Utilize construction management software such as PlanGrid/AutoDesk for project tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects.
• Ability to supervise small teams when required.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
