Description:
Prestige Civil Group is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our Concrete Reinstatement team. Based from our Bayswater yard, you'll work across a variety of projects throughout Melbourne, reinstating concrete following utility and civil construction works.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high-quality work for councils, government authorities and major infrastructure clients.

About the Role

As part of our Concrete Reinstatement team, you'll be responsible for delivering quality concrete reinstatement works, ensuring finished products meet client specifications and high work standards.

You'll work alongside experienced crews on a variety of projects including footpaths, kerb and channel, pavement repairs and other civil concrete works.

This role includes a mix of day shift, night shift and occasional weekend work depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for concrete placement, including boxing and base preparation.
• Place, finish and cure concrete to a high standard.
• Reinstate footpaths, kerb and channel, vehicle crossings and other civil infrastructure.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools and small plant.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Concreter ideally within civil construction.
• Experience in concrete reinstatement, kerb and channel, footpaths or similar civil works.
• Construction White Card.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence (MR/HR highly desirable).
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts and weekends when required.
