We are currently seeking a Condominium Manager who is both a leader and team player. The Condominium Manager is accountable for overseeing various administrative and operation functions of the assigned condominium to ensure adherence to budgets, while promoting and preserving positive client relations.
Position: Full-Time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary point of contact addressing complex client issues and inquiries
- Answer board and owner/resident inquiries and resolve concerns
- Enforce condominium corporation declaration, by-laws and rules
- Handle the daily affairs of the condominium corporation
- Oversee collection of common element fees from unit owners
- Send periodic reports to the board of directors
- Check e-mails, correspondence, faxes and respond within 24 hours
- Oversee and work with superintendents, cleaners, and security officers
- Review Condominium Authority of Ontario Forms
- Prepare reports and correspondence with unit owners, residents/tenants, the board of directors and contractors
- Prepare the draft of annual operating budget
- Answer administrative inquiries and resolve problems
- Prepare and review packages for board meetings
- Approve and sign all invoices, attach and verify corresponding packing slips, work orders or purchase orders and submit to accounting
- Perform periodic site inspections, for example, overall appearance, deficiencies, landscaping, fire equipment and utility rooms.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and attend evening meetings
- Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- Experienced in condominium property management
- Registered Condominium Manager (RCM certified) or approaching certification
- CMRAO Registered
- Professional and efficient
- Working knowledge of MS office

- Ability to handle difficult situation in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with owners/residents and trades
- Strong leadership skills and result oriented
