Responsibilities:

• Boxing and unboxing product
• Staging and configuration of equipment for processing
• Shifting of racks for staging
• Physical audit of equipment and accessories.
• Product and cable labeling
• Prep crating material before shipment
• Perform configuration and other works as per customer-defined specific requirements such as (but not limited to):
• Functional hardware tests
• Integration of hardware components into network devices
• Installation/upgrade/configuration/testing of various equipment (routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, video)
• Cabling up equipment
• Asset tagging and labeling of equipment
• Capture necessary logs and other information for quality checks
• Troubleshoot and solve errors where required

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/ITE certification holder
• Ability to use a handheld computer
• Physically fit, ability to lift 20 to 25 kg
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with basic Excel
• Able to work on different WMS systems
• Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
• Able to commit to O.T hours
