Connectivity Test Leader – Automotive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
• Define and establish test levels together with the customer.
• Plan, organize, and lead test activities throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Ensure that test processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and solve test-related issues.
• Report test results and progress to project management and the customer.

Required Skills

• Experience working as a test leader in software development, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of test methods, test tools, and automation.
• Ability to define and implement test strategies and plans.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading test teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the customer.
• Relevant university degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and experience working with hardware.
