Key Responsibilities:

The Project Supervision from Zonal Office of Govt. Projects & day-to-day coordination with site team for smooth functioning of projects with preparation of reports and PPT for Client & SPD higher Management. Correspondance with Government clients & other stakeholders.

Major duties include:

  • Preparation of Client Bill & get the same approved from the Client in Excel.
  • Calculation of the quantity of material required and indent for the same in Google Sheet.
  • Coordinating management review meetings and ensuring closure of open points.
  • Coordination with Clients, Architects & Vendors for execution.
  • Ensure proper inputs on time to concerned departments to enable on time issue of deliverables.

· Planning & supervision of the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

· Coordinate and correspond with Government clients, architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.

· Additional Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track Drawing Release Schedules, GFC drawing logs, and BOQ reviews.
  • Assist project managers in translating project milestones into actionable tasks for team members.
  • Track project progress against planned milestones and highlight deviations with corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes, and generate reports.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and plans in line with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure project implementation in line with contract schedules.
  • Obtain and manage all statutory permits, licenses, and approvals from authorities.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, or conflicts to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 7 years for BE and 10 years for Diploma, out of which at least 02 years of experience in Govt. Projects. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written communication in English (letter drafting and client correspondence).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
