We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on exciting construction projects, this is the role for you.

In this role, you'll:

• Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
• Set up construction site with trailer, fencing, etc.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports and submittals utilizing Procore.
• Project Close-Outs

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of construction processes and software.
• Ability to read and interpert drawings.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
