We are a small construction company looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on construction work and a proven ability to manage crews and job sites from start to finish.
Pay:
- $27 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time
- Paid major holidays
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage job sites and small crews
- Perform and oversee tiling, drywall, framing, painting, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience as a lead or foreman on residential construction projects
- Skilled in tiling, drywall, framing, painting, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage a team effectively

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
