Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations of various commercial projects. The foreman will be responsible for supervising the crew, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining timelines, and working closely with project managers to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
• Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure productivity
• Ensure work is performed safely and complies with local codes, company policies, and OSHA regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Order materials and manage inventory of supplies and tools
• Keep accurate records of job progress, employee attendance, and project documentation
• Provide on-the-job training to crew members
• Handle minor administrative tasks such as reporting, timekeeping, and incident reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in drywall, taping, metal framing and/or insulation
• Proven experience in carpentry, tiling, commercial & residential projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
