Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, siding, decking, etc.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality, safety, and scheduling standards.

Requirements

• Absolutely must be a high-energy person passionate about residential construction.
• Must be positive and continuously push themselves and those around them to get better every day.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and take personal accountability for the work we perform.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and regulations consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
