Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic hand tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
