Construction Laborer (Greenhouses)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team of Bespoke Greenhouse Installers. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina,willingness to work in poor weather, working at height ,attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Also willingness to work away from home - We build across the UK.

The pay will be dependent on the skills the successful candidate can offer.

Duties

• Assist with the preparation and clean-up of Greenhouse construction sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety.
• Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Assist with building our Bespoke Greenhouses.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• A valid driver's licence is required.
• Knowledge of basic construction practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
