Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Waterproofing Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you'll perform a variety of physical tasks to support skilled tradespeople and ensure the smooth progress of construction projects. Duties

• Applying waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants
• Preparing surfaces (cleaning, grinding, patching)
• Installing drainage systems and moisture barriers
• Reading and following project blueprints and specs
• Operating equipment (sprayers, grinders, rollers)
• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
• Working in crawl spaces, basements, or rooftops

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred; familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus
• Experience with specific products (e.g., Tremco, BASF, Sika)
• Knowledge of below-grade or above-grade waterproofing systems
• Familiarity with concrete repair
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems and construction estimating processes
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic schematics interpretation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy machinery.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
