Satti Limited, a growing business based in the Auckland region, is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves a range of practical tasks, supporting daily site activities and contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and other obstructions.

• Support the painter by sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a high-quality finish.

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures needed to access work areas safely.

• Mix and prepare paint, plaster, or other materials as directed, maintaining consistency and quality.

• Operating hand tools and basic machinery under supervision.

• Assisting in setting up and breaking down work sites.

• Performing general site clean-up and maintenance duties.

• Following health and safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labourers as required.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $23.50 to $26.00 per hour.

• Must be able to travel within the Auckland region to reach client sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
