Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role focuses primarily on job site clean-up and general labour duties to help keep our construction sites safe, organized, and efficient.

The ideal candidate is punctual, physically capable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily job site clean-up and debris removal
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Load and unload construction materials
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to site requirements
• Assist skilled trades as needed
• Sweep, shovel, and perform general labour tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am–4:00pm

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Paid biweekly
