We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Operations Coordinator to join our construction team. This role serves as the backbone of our office and field operations—bridging communication, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting project managers, superintendents, and leadership to keep projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Support payroll, timesheets, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Serve as a communication hub between field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and office leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in project management systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and reporting deadlines for project teams.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and ensure proper safety and compliance documentation is filed.
- Prepare reports, project updates, and data summaries for leadership review.
- Maintain office supply inventory, field equipment logs, and other operational necessities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or accounting software (Procore, Sage, or similar preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
