Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team at DFW CAD Services, LLC. This role is essential for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., ProCore, Prolog) for effective tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and contract management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
