The Role
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong site or project management experience to take a hands-on role in managing the delivery of construction projects. This position will require a solid background in construction, contract administration, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing contract documentation
- Administering construction contracts
- Monitoring programme and cost performance
- Coordinating with contractors, clients, and the internal KRA team
- Producing progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and managing project risks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in construction project management or Clerk of Works role
- Strong working knowledge of standard construction contracts
- Sound technical understanding of construction technology and relevant legislation
- Good awareness of Health & Safety in construction
- Analytical and solution-focused approach to problem solving
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Contract Details:
This can be a temporary (6-month) contract or a long-term role, depending on candidate availability and project requirements.
