This position is for the role of a construction project manager (Client side) within a new planning and project management company situated in Dublin city centre.

*This is not an on-site construction role managing construction works*

This position would suit someone with a construction management degree who is currently working as a junior engineer / site clerk for a main contractor / builder with 2-3 years experience who wishes to work Client side (office based).

Day to day role would be the professional management of design teams within the planning , detailed design and construction phases of a project.

This would involve the following key roles (but not limited to);

1.Administration / management of the design team.

2. Setting up of project admin folders (project directories etc).

3.Minute taking at workshops and Client meetings.

4.Review of construction documentations - programmes / RFI / TSs and allocating review to the design team.

5.General reporting on the day-to-day running of the project and information flow.

6.Reporting to management and "owning" the running of the project alongside the management team.

7.Keeping design team fee schedules up to date and managing the cash flow.

8. Writing RFPs for design team positions on a project and reviewing/evaluating same.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €60,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
