Construction Project Manager/Inspector

Our Firm seeks a construction project manager who has experience working on capital projects for Public Agencies in same PM capacity to be a project manager/inspector on a contract to provide CM services - with a first assignment to a project in Lower Manhattan.

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction project management experience or as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) in interior construction projects
• Shall have managed the design review and the construction phase of at least one project with a minimum construction cost at completion of $1.5 million.
• Shall also possess experience managing SCIF projects of at least 2 projects in the last 5 years.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage the project staff and the quality of work to meet client and stakeholder requirements.
• shall have performed field supervision, construction quality control inspection and coordination of various disciplines on at least one project with a minimum cost at completion of $1.5M
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with inspectors, solve problems, keep records, and comprehend and document client’s procedures and requirements.
• Must be present and on-site while construction activity is taking place throughout the DB Contractor Construction Phase.
• Must be willing to cover off-hours construction if necessary.

This position will require a minimum of residency for the last three years in the United States - for credentialing and an enhanced background check by the client.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
