As a Construction Quality Control Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, implementing robust quality control processes and conducting thorough inspections to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality concerns promptly and effectively.
- Review contracts and specifications to ensure all quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including recommendations for improvements or corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, standards, and best practices in construction management and quality assurance.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
- Expertise in conducting thorough quality inspections across various stages of construction.
Preferred qualifications
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction management principles.
- Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
