Description:
About the Role

Working from our state-of-the-art indoor manufacturing facility, you'll partner with production teams to ensure every home meets our high standards of workmanship, compliance and customer satisfaction.

You'll spend your time on the factory floor, engaging with trades, identifying opportunities for improvement, coaching best practice, and driving a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of construction.
Identify defects, determine root causes and work with teams to implement lasting solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce rework and improve build quality.
Develop, maintain and improve quality standards, inspection checklists and documentation.
Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and company procedures.
Coach and support production teams to achieve consistent quality outcomes.
Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements.
Assist with internal audits and quality assurance activities.
Champion a positive culture focused on quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Bring

Trade qualification in Carpentry or significant residential construction experience.
Construction White Card.
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
A continuous improvement mindset and genuine passion for delivering quality outcomes.
A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
High attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional work.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence others.
