What You’ll Be Doing
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all projects.
- Provide daily safety support to project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and COR requirements.
- Lead orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses.
- Maintain safety records, training logs, and reports.
- Support return-to-work and injury management programs.
What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
- Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations and BC construction safety requirements.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- NCSO, CSO, CRSP, COR Auditor, or equivalent designation preferred.
- Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or Certificate preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Construction Safety: 2 years (required)
