  • Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead our construction projects on-site and represent our company in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations from ground-up construction through to project closeout
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, materials, and site activities to maintain project timelines
  • Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel while ensuring contract compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, engineers, architects, inspectors, and municipal authorities
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality expectations
  • Enforce all health and safety standards and maintain organized site documentation
  • Implement and monitor company waste management practices on site
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to verify quality and progress of work
  • Track, report, and communicate site progress, issues, and milestones effectively

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (required)
  • Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $2M+
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and site execution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with trades and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve site issues quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive projects forward
  • Highly organized with strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Details

  • Location: London & Windsor, ON (frequent travel required)
  • Company truck provided
  • Contract length: 6 months (with possible extension)
  • Salary: Based on experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
