We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and deliver our custom and multi family home projects with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will work with our team of construction professionals. They should possess strong leadership skills, be an experienced builder, have extensive construction knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Site Supervisor, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the successful site execution of our projects from the beginning until the end.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, including safety, coordinating subcontractors, executing work, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring adherence to project standards and requirements.

- Ensure meticulous adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards, overseeing construction tasks to guarantee alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout all stages of construction, conducting regular evaluations to promptly identify and address any deficiencies.

-Provide guidance and supervision to on-site personnel, including construction team and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols and regulations and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards on-site.

- Serve as the primary site contact for clients, informing them of project progress, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring their vision is realized to their satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily site logs, quality progress reports, to facilitate smooth project deliverables and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of successful execution and team leadership.

- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations, with a focus on quality and safety compliance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Red Seal Certification is an asset - Carpentry skills are required

-Requires appropriate vehicle, travel in lower mainland and remote locations
