Job Description:

We are seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer with hands-on experience in self-leveling floor applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare substrates and surfaces for self-leveling applications
• Mix and apply self-leveling compounds according to product specifications
• Operate and maintain tools/equipment (mixers, pumps, trowels, etc.)
• Ensure accurate surface leveling and proper material usage
• Keep work area clean and follow safety protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and crew

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience with self-leveling floors or similar concrete work
• Familiarity with products like Ardex, Mapei, etc.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious
• WHMIS, Working at Heights, or other safety certifications are an asset

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $24.00 per hour
