Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work sites and tools
• Help with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
• Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
• Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures
• Aid in measuring, marking, and layout work as directed by supervisors
• Ensure tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is advantageous
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
