We are hiring two separate roles Site Supervisor and Quantity Surveyor

Site Supervisor (Foreman)

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure efficient progress on-site. You will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to maintain quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site operations, delegate tasks, and monitor work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material deliveries.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize project delays.

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in site supervision, ideally in Singapore’s construction sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Quantity surveyor

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement for our construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Monitor project expenses and conduct cost control measures.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Work closely with project teams to advise on contractual and financial matters.
• Maintain and update accurate documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and tender processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Glodon) is a plus.
