Job Description
As our Consultant Acquisition Manager, you’ll drive strategies that ensure our consultant partnerships meet business needs seamlessly. Your mission will be:
- Design and lead strategies for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and developing external consultants, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships across a matrixed environment, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Establish world-class processes while mentoring and empowering a high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional consultant experiences that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Ensure consultant acquisition strategies comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with…
- Rich experience leading teams in the consultant acquisition or procurement space.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce needs with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ideally having led system implementation.
- Strong project management skills, and a drive to solve complex problems.
- High experience working in highly matrixed environments with large networks of stakeholders.
- World-class people leadership skills and love developing others.
- Strong dedication to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
- Graduate or post graduate degree in any discipline.
