Description
The future isn’t waiting. It is morphing, evolving and shifting shape as it races toward us.
Technology is moving fast. Threat actors are more dangerous than ever. And, for most companies, tomorrow’s risks aren’t even on today’s radar. But when everything hits at once that’s when Atmos steps in.
Welcome to the specialist Crisis Communications team at Atmos.
We operate at the intersection of cyber, privacy, media and leadership – supporting clients when reputations, trust, customers and market confidence are on the line. We bring together legal, cyber intelligence, crisis communications and digital expertise to stand alongside organisations in their most critical moments. And we’re growing.
Your Mission
You’ll support crisis communications across Atmos First Response and Cyber Advisory, contributing to the delivery of workstreams while building deep capability in cyber and digital crisis response. You’ll work on high‑stakes matters including:
Cyber incidents and data breaches.
- Privacy events and stakeholder notifications.
- Media scrutiny and reputational risk.
- Executive and board‑level crisis response.
- Incident preparedness, simulations and training.
You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with:
- Cyber incident responders.
- Legal and regulatory specialists.
- Threat intelligence teams.
- Crisis communications strategists.
- Executive leaders and boards.
This isn’t traditional communications. This is crisis response in real time.
You Might Be
A Consultant with:
- ~2–5 years’ experience in communications, media, PR or in‑house environments.
- Strong writing instincts and a clear, confident communication style.
- Experience supporting issues management, crisis response or complex matters.
- Curiosity about cyber, privacy and digital risk, with a desire to deepen this expertise.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and collaborative under pressure.
Experience in cyber incidents, data breaches, or regulated environments is highly valued – but mindset, judgement and adaptability matter just as much.
Why Atmos
Atmos is building something distinctive in the market, shaping the future of cyber, privacy and digital risk. We are constantly innovating and evolving, improving how we operate and streamlining the work that slows others down, giving you more time to focus on meaningful client impact, your development and your wellbeing.
Here, you grow faster and contribute meaningfully, working alongside senior leaders who are invested in your development and share how they think, decide and lead.
We empower you to do the best work of your career, fostering curiosity, continuous learning and genuine flexibility that support both professional performance and a life outside work.
We offer:
- A market-leading bonus structure (including innovation rewards).
- Merit-based progression.
- Hybrid work and genuine flexibility.
- AI-enabled systems and operational support.
Our culture is built on four guiding principles:
We are humans first, looking out for each other and our clients.

We move at pace, keep things simple and deliver on our promises.
