As a Data & AI consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients imagine, architect and implement their AI-driven future. You will design high-value use cases, define enterprise-grade Data and AI architectures and guide organisations through their data transformation journey.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams across invent and broader Capgemini Group, collaborating with strategists, designers, technologists and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge, scalable and responsible AI solutions.
Positions available in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Shaping Client AI strategy by identifying high-impact use cases and developing Data & AI roadmaps aligned to Capgemini client’s objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities for Data & AI applications.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, structured insights that can be easily understood by a range of stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within Data & AI team.
- Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle from discovery through to strategy, delivery and implementation.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or related discipline).
- Experience in consulting, designing or delivering Data & AI strategies, platforms or use cases within complex organisations.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and shaping strategic decision-making.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds and communicating insights in a concise and compelling way.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, leading a client along the AI journey
- Strong project demonstrated experience in project and people management, delivering tangible client value.
- Must be Australian citizen and be eligible to obtain Australian Government security clearance
