What You’ll Achieve

  • Put people at the center: Support HR teams in aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Empower transformations: Help organizations translate HR data into meaningful action, improving employee experience, engagement, and performance.
  • Bridge the gap between data and people: Use data analytics to support HR teams in making informed, strategic decisions.
  • Consult with purpose: Lead or co-facilitate client missions, combining your expertise in HR processes with data insights to co-create relevant, human-centered solutions.
  • Build confidence in digital HR tools: Support clients in adopting and optimizing data-driven HR platforms and methodologies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Diagnosing organizational and HR needs through both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Designing and delivering tailored consulting missions focusing on workforce analytics, skills mapping & workforce planning, Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, talent & performance management, employee experience and engagement, culture and change enablement
  • Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions with HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • Developing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into accessible insights for decision-makers.
  • Advising on the implementation of HR analytics tools and practices.
  • Supporting internal development of WeProgress’ methodologies by contributing to tool design, capacity maps, and frameworks.
  • Collaborating with consultants, designers, and change managers within MindForest.

About you

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce analytics, or a related data-driven role.
  • You understand HR processes (recruitment, engagement, Learning & Development, performance management) and how to enhance them with analytics.
  • You’re at ease with data tools and can translate data into stories that inspire change.
  • You’re fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of empathy and client service.
  • You’re comfortable leading client interactions and managing complex projects.
  • Experience with collaborative tools and digital facilitation is a strong asset.
