As a Consultant Psychologist Trainee, you will play an active role in delivering psychological wellness programs, conducting counseling sessions, contributing to mental health research, and supporting the development of technology-driven mental health solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about psychology, innovation, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging group sessions, workshops, and mental health awareness programs.
• Design and deliver interactive mental health sessions for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to the research, design, and development of digital mental health products and psychological assessment tools.
• Conduct literature reviews and analyze research related to psychology, mental health, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to research papers, publications, reports, and other scientific documentation.
• Develop evidence-based psychological content for digital platforms, wellness programs, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychology into technology-driven products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in psychology, mental health, and digital health technologies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to independently conduct one-to-one counseling and interactive group sessions.
• Strong interest in mental health research and digital mental health products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for workshops, awareness programs, research activities, and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of counseling principles and mental health practices.
• Interest in psychology research, digital mental health, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Experience in research writing or academic publications is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
