Indecon International Consultants is seeking outstanding candidates to join the Strategy, Governance and Change Management Division of the practice. This Division provides a range of business strategy and corporate governance advisory services to our clients.

We are now seeking to recruit a number of outstanding consultants to join our practice in our Dublin office and to meet growing demand for our services. Candidates should have an exemplary academic record and be educated to master’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work directly with senior Indecon Partners and with Senior Management to provide impactful advice to a range of clients.

Nature of the Role
We are seeking candidates for roles as consultants and senior consultants with expertise in Business Analysis;Change Management; Organisation Development; Business Process Improvement and Process Design; Service Design; Project Management; and Corporate Governance to support the work of their growing Strategy, Governance and Change Management practice.
Successful applicants will be assigned to a range of challenging and interesting projects including:

- Advice on Business Process Improvement and implementation support
- Change Management Strategy development and change communications
- Organisational Culture Assessments
- Strategic HR/Workforce Planning
- Corporate Governance Advice
- Periodic Critical Reviews
- Board Effectiveness Reviews
- Benchmarking exercises and comparative analysis.
Person Specification:
- You will need an aptitude for problem solving, analytics, design thinking and process improvement. This will include the ability to identify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working in client organisations and recommend the most effective system, process and/or people changes to deliver the optimum outcomes for our clients.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for these roles. You will need to be able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders in client organisations to support the delivery of better business outcomes, engage meaningfully with staff “on the ground” and actively listen to and understand the concerns of end-user staff and customers or service users.
- You will be expected to accurately record the outputs of workshops and interviews, with the support of the relevant technology and translate these into process maps to be agreed with management and staff (“As Is”).
- You will need to interpret and analyse these outputs, based on an understanding of the client’s core business and recommend new and effective streamlined processes that will deliver effective results whilst fulfilling all legal and regulatory requirements (“To Be”), taking into account the optimal process/organisation design/resourcing plan for the client.
- You will be expected to contribute to the entire project lifecycle, lead on elements of the project and be innovative (making use of the latest technology) to support our clients in commencing, communicating and delivering on the changes recommended.
- You will support the design, build, and testing of the changes required and support training activities where required to do so.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Indecon colleagues and clients to comprehend issues and identify innovative solutions to meet their strategic and business needs;
- Development of business requirements and recommendations for new initiatives;
- Determination of recommendations for effective IT solutions, to ensure optimal delivery of future business requirements;
- Comprehensive analysis of a wide range of source material, including the judicious use of AI in accordance with the relevant guidelines;
- Ensuring project outputs align with the relevant requirements;
- Matching the client’s future organisation design/resourcing to optimised “To Be” processes;
- Supporting the change readiness and change management aspects of projects by developing implementation plans, supporting the preparation of training materials and facilitating post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
Qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- For Consultant roles, 2+ years’ experience within a consulting firm or in a relevant project management environment (a strong track record of achievement in Management Consulting/change management/strategy development/corporate governance is a benefit);
- Senior Consultants will require 4+ years’ experience within a consulting firm or in a relevant project management environment (a strong track record of achievement in Management Consulting/change management/strategy development/corporate governance is a benefit);
- Familiarity with, or an ability to quickly develop an understanding of the public service environment in Ireland would be an advantage;
- Strong academic record, including a relevant third level/postgraduate degree (e.g. Business Studies, Strategic HR/Organisational Development, Public Administration or Information Technology);
- Experience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniques (including the development of “as-is” and “to-be” process workflows) and in the use of appropriately tailored service and organisational design methodologies and approaches;
- Excellent analytical skills, presentation, workshop and online facilitation skills, in person and using remote technologies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and stakeholders;
- Excellent ICT skills, including process mapping and requirements-gathering skills, using the latest AI and graphic technologies, to document end-to-end “as is” and “to be” processes and to support the design of new organisational structures and enhance reporting and communications;
- Project management and change programme delivery experience;
- Lean six sigma or other relevant certification/qualification is an advantage;
- PMP/Prince2 qualification is an advantage;
- Agile experience/certification preferred.
The role is based in Indecon House, 4 Clyde Road, Dublin 4. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

Pay: €40,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
