Description:
About the role

The main responsibility of the Consumer Care Consultant is to provide Naturopathic/product information to our customers and consumers. You will report on all product complaints and reactions in line with internal and external regulations.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

• Resolve consumer requests, questions and complaints on our products. These queries may be via email, phone or written correspondence
• Provide detailed reports on adverse reaction experienced by a consumer in line with TGA requirements by extracting information via phone/email consultation
• Respond to all queries in a prompt and efficient time frame
• Serve as liaison between customer service and various departments including Marketing, Sales and Quality Assurance
• To coordinate a database of customer service enquiries and answers to maintain and improve information management
• Arrange the replacement of products to the consumer for all faulty product complaints
• Maintain a catalogue of frequently asked questions for all of our brands
• Work within team to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly whilst upholding the highest levels of customer service and problem solving.
• Monitor all social media channels to identify any suspected adverse events of special situations
• Ensure compliance of all company procedures and policies

This is an in-office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches

Skills and Experiences:
About you

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment where prioritising and juggling multiple tasks is part of the everyday. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Naturopathic Degree or Advanced Diploma esssential
Tech literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Possess initiative, a desire to learn and be well organised.
Strong problem solving ability
