We offer a range of services, including hearing tests, hearing device fitting and maintenance, and ongoing support and care for our clients.

As one of our Contact Centre Representatives you'll be the first point of contact for our clients involving taking initial prospective calls and following up on leads and arranging bookings into our clinic diaries.

What we are looking for:

  • A commitment to great customer service through previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Clear communication style and being comfortable on the phone
  • Ability to use basic computer systems and technology
  • Self-motivated and team oriented
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous contact centre experience is great but not essential as full training is provided

Based in Takapuna, initial hours would be Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 7pm and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm.
