Role: Contact Centre Agent - Part Time

Location: Newstead, QLD

Rate: $29.85/hour + Super

Hours: Part Time set days each week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 22.5 hours per week. (Full time for first 6 weeks of Training and nesting)

• Please note that Full Time Hours are also available and advertised separately

Operating Hours: 8am-7pm AEST / 8am-8pm AEDT

Start Date: Monday, 18th August

This role is based in our Newstead Contact Centre Office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available based on performance after 3 months' tenure.

Supported Induction:
Begin your journey working full time (5 days per week) for first 6 weeks with structured training, onboarding and hands-on support:

• 2 weeks of classroom-based learning

• 4 weeks in a supported "nesting" environment with our trainer and support staff

• E-learning modules to expand your skills and confidence in handling a national patient base

Remote Flexibility for Late Shifts:
Once you've hit the 3-month mark, you can enjoy fully remote late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT). To be remote-ready, you'll need

• A quiet, ergonomic home workspace

• Dual monitors and a reliable high-speed internet connection

• A computer or laptop with a working camera

Hybrid Working Options:
Daytime shifts (8am-5:30pm) will be based in our Newstead office for the first 3 months with the option to transition to hybrid work after 3 months based on performance.
