Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of vehicles.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring proper handling and care of items.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
• Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Experience

• Previous experience in route driving or delivery services is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Experience with heavy lifting and warehouse environments is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems.
