Container Shipping Executive

Job Position: Shipping Executive

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Handling Imports and Exports FCL and LCL shipments

· Arranging Import clearance - NOA, BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LOA

· Sourcing of carriers and freight rates

· Offering freight rate quotations

· Handling Cargo Bookings

· Import and Export Permits issuance

· Coordinating Logistics Services - Portnet, Depot, haulage, cargo unstuffing /stuffing operations, heavy lifts, warehouse storage services

· Managing vessel ETA, PSA free storage, container demurrage, chassis demurrage

· Invoicing

Job requirements

· Education: Minimum N level

· Experience: 1 -3 years preferred

· Microsoft Applications: Excel and Word preferred

Office location

· 32 Pioneer Crescent, Jurong

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

· Saturday: Off

· Salary: Negotiable
