We are seeking a dynamic Content Coordinator & Office Support superstar to wear two key hats.

Key Responsibilities

Content Coordination (Approx. 60%)

  • Create compelling and accurate product descriptions, feature lists, and marketing copy for our e-commerce websites, retailer portals, and sales sheets.
  • Source, edit, and manage product imagery and other digital assets, ensuring they meet platform specifications.
  • Assist in managing our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) by scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and monitoring feedback.
  • Help update and maintain content on the company website, CRM and blog.
  • Support the sales team by preparing product presentations and sales materials.
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor content.

Office & Administrative Support (Approx. 40%)

  • Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and operations team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with order processing, inventory updates, and basic customer service inquiries.
  • Help coordinate logistics for meetings, shipments, and company events.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and well-organized.

Who You Are

  • A proactive and organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent communicator with strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • A resourceful problem-solver with a "no job is too small" attitude.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
  • Familiar with or a quick learner of social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, etc.) and basic content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • A team player who is happy to support colleagues and contribute to a positive office culture.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or content-focused role.
  • A portfolio or examples of your writing (e.g., blog posts, social media content, product descriptions) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with basic image editing tools (like Canva or Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.50-€19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
