About the Position:

We are looking for a Content Creator to join GeistM. As a key member of GeistM, you must be passionate about creating compelling, shareable content through video, photography and graphics for multiple audiences across various product verticals.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience using data to craft videos that drive high conversion rates and scale!

What you’ll do:

Work with the Creative Team and assist in graphics, photography and video production logistics, production organization and execution of daily/weekly team goals;

• Maintain a backlog of ad concepts, pitching these concepts weekly in our Creative Team meetings;
• Work with the growth marketing team to review ad-level performance, record learnings, and iterate accordingly.
• Graphic Design:
  • Design logos, icons, and other visual elements to support brand initiatives
  • Develop new creative styles, templates, and designs for social and native ad placements
• Manage Production:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

• Filming scenes for digital media channels including social and native, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Video editing:
  • Designing and cutting video ad concepts for digital media channels.
• Photography
  • Produce and style well-composed, visually compelling photographs that are consistent with clients’ brand aesthetics for digital media channels including social and native;
  • Work with the creative team to develop and concept photography for all client creative campaigns and GeistM UGC Photo Library.

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Media, Design, or Film;
• 1 - 2 years of Experience using Video editing software (Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and Design software (Adobe CC, Canva);
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• 1 - 2 years of Experience creating video content from scratch (e.g., student films, YouTube vlogs, TikToks), must provide samples;
• Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements;
• Knowledge of current industry trends and design techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English
• Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple priorities at once;
• Comfortable being on camera is a big plus;
• An interest in how technology can be applied to creative processes.
