Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to align with brand standards.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and engagement.
• Manage social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using Google Analytics and platform analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars that support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and insights.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
• Ability to develop creative visual content that aligns with brand identity.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including influencer outreach, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
