We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented storyteller responsible for brainstorming, producing, and optimizing engaging visual and written content across all digital platforms.

You will turn complex marketing briefs into viral-worthy social media assets, videos, graphics, and copy that drive audience engagement.

Job BriefWe want a dynamic, trend-savvy creator who balances artistic flair with strategic execution. In this role, you will take full ownership of the content production pipeline—from initial concept to final polish. A strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative work is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation: Brainstorm innovative content concepts aligned with current trends and brand identity.
• Production: Film, direct, and capture high-quality photo and video assets.
• Editing: Cut raw footage into high-retention short-form videos like Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Design: Develop eye-catching social graphics, templates, and layouts using design software.
• Copywriting: Write engaging video scripts, social captions, and marketing copy.
• Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Optimization: Implement basic SEO best practices to maximize content discoverability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a content creator or in a similar creative agency role.
• Video Editing: High proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Graphic Design: Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Storytelling: Exceptional scriptwriting, copywriting, and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging formats.
• Portfolio: A verifiable portfolio or links to previously published creative projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong aesthetic eye for lighting, framing, and modern design trends.
• Comfort and confidence appearing in front of the camera if required.
• Excellent time-management skills to deliver assets under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
