Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. As a content creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, content creation, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging and original content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other platforms.
• Write creative copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Research industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies to keep content relevant and up-to-date.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels and interact with followers to boost engagement.
• Content Editing and Proofreading:
• Review content for grammar, style, and consistency before publishing.
• Ensure all content is error-free, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.
• Content Optimization:
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Freshers with a keen interest in content creation are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic understanding of SEO practices is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for producing unique and engaging content.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

Work Schedule & Interview Process

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rounds of Interview: 2 rounds (Direct interview)
• Work Mode: Office-based
• Joining: Immediate
